My door mat says, “It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere”. Somewhere it’s warm and sunny and a GREAT time to do some Entertaining – like a backyard BBQ. Have a delicious sauce – or need a new recipe? Electric, high tech infrared, wood-burning firepit, charcoal or gas grill: They all will get the job done. Throw on some chicken, shrimp, thick steaks, a few hamburgers and some corn-on-the-cob. Ring that dinner triangle and set up the horseshoes. Light up the citron candles and set up the mosquito repellant.
